About Axiom Feedback

I’m Will Christner, founder of Axiom Feedback.

For years, I worked on IT contracts across different companies. No matter the industry, I saw the same issue: employees had ideas, frustrations, and solutions—but their voices rarely made it to leadership. Surveys were run, but the results were buried in multiple Excel files, looking at people as numbers and not just members of the company with questions and concerns. Problems grew, morale dropped, and good people left,

I started Axiom Feedback to close that gap. Our mission is simple: make it easy for employees to speak honestly, and make it easy for leaders to act on what they hear. We don’t stop at collecting data—we deliver clear insights, practical recommendations, and follow-up tracking so companies can see if changes actually work.

Because when employees are heard, leaders succeed.

Here is what others are saying

"As a small marketing agency, we needed a lightweight, recurring check-in. We used Axiom’s online surveys at 3, 6, and 9 months. At each checkpoint, we received prioritized action lists and a one-page executive brief. After implementing Axiom’s recommended communication charter and async update cadence, team satisfaction jumped 22% and on-time project delivery improved 33% by month nine."

Jordan Patel, CEO, BrightPath Media

"We partnered with Axiom for an in-person interview program: focus groups and 1:1 interviews with clinicians and operational staff. The qualitative insights uncovered process friction that didn’t show up in our historical surveys. Axiom supplied verbatim themes, sentiment coding, and a practical roadmap (including pilot experiments). Within 6 months Meridian implemented two pilots that shortened patient intake time by 12% and increased staff reported satisfaction with workflows by 19%."

Dr. Ellen Rausch, Head of Innovation, Meridian Health Systems

"We ran Axiom Feedback’s quarterly online pulses at 3-, 6-, and 9-month intervals. Within three months we had clear priorities, within six months our internal NPS rose by 18 points, and by month nine we reduced voluntary attrition in high-risk teams by 27%. Axiom’s dashboards made it trivial to track leadership responses and the follow-up items (not just raw spreadsheets). Their suggested, time-boxed interventions were the difference between data and decisions."
